Site Management

• Monitoring of tower obstruction lights. Event logs are continuously downloaded and monitored from a centralized location for tracking and management reporting. This monitoring network is currently under development.
• Remote diagnostics, enabling us to crosscheck our site alarms before dispatching personnel to the sites for corrective action if required. CTNL's current strategic direction is to employ a network of low earth orbiting satellites (LEOs) to implement a monitoring system for all sites under our management.
  This monitoring system is expected to be fully commissioned by the end of year 2002.
