Site leasing

We lease towers from existing owners, especially in instances where the towers are under utilized.

We are constantly in the search for broadcast and utility companies with underutilized tower property for sub-leasing to the industry. In Nigeria, we have a portfolio of approximately 150 sites that are available for sub-lease to the industry. Provision of additional facilities such as back up power and remote monitoring is usually negotiated on a case by case basis.
