We have developed a unique approach to site acquisition by targeting large institutional property owners and negotiating a long term property lease hold for the purpose of site development.

In lieu of developing such property, CTNL may elect to sub-lease this property to wireless carriers for their specific site development requirements. However, the core focus of CTNL's activities is centered on turn key site development.
