CTNL provides independently managed cell site facilities on a co - sharing basis to various telecom operators.

Telecommunications civil infrastructure facilities - towers, sites, back up power, etc., has become a very important cost and logistics challenge facing many wireless telecommunications service providers especially in the developing countries. It has been proven from simple basic economics and experience from developed markets that it is more cost-effective to share facilities than have each of the operators setting up separate individually owned facilities.
